The flat is located in the Mas d'Angeline, a long Provençal-style building comprising 2 other furnished holiday apartments and the owner's flat, on the heights of Beausoleil, about 3/4 km from the port of Monaco and the Casino. Beach approx. 4 km away.

- Free uncovered parking/automatic gate in the mas d'Angeline. 1 parking space per flat, vehicles longer than 5 metres not permitted.

- Car essential due to steep gradient. Access to the property is via a narrow, winding road with a steep gradient: see the video of the last 60 metres or so before arriving at the property, by inserting the following link into your internet browser: https://youtu.be/W1Fb7zWuPeU.

- Parties are not permitted.

-Pets: (limited to 2 pets per accommodation) Dogs/Cats are accepted, additional charges apply.

The cleaning charge paid at the time of booking covers the complete cleaning of the accommodation after the Customer's departure.
