The city has informed us of the schedule for the work on the access road to the property, extending over approximately 400 metres. The work will start on 15 July and finish on 9 August. The road will be closed from 15 to 26 July from 9am to 4.30pm, unless there are delays or unforeseen circumstances, and also from 9am to 4.30pm on the last two days before the end of the work to lay the asphalt. The date of this closure may vary if the work is completed before 9 August.
The road will remain accessible every weekend. Emergency services will still have access in the event of an emergency.

The flat is located in the Mas d'Angeline, a long Provençal-style building comprising 2 other furnished holiday apartments and the owner's flat, on the heights of Beausoleil, about 3/4 km from the port of Monaco and the Casino. Beach approx. 4 km away.
- Free uncovered parking/automatic gate in the mas d'Angeline. 1 parking space per flat, vehicles longer than 5 metres not permitted.
- Parties are not permitted.
