Maximum capacity 4 people. 1 living room with open kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people, French window with sea view opening onto large terrace. 1 bedroom with window, bed 140 for 2 pers, no door separating the kitchen with sofa bed and the bedroom (small alcove). 1 shower room, shower, WC, washbasin. Terrace with sea view, MONACO/Monte-Carlo, Port Hercule, Cap Martin, Italy.
Access by outside stairs from the car park to the studio (approx. 38 steps).
- Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The CACTUS studio is located in the Mas d'Angeline, a long Provençal-style building comprising 2 other furnished holiday apartments and the owner's flat.
- Free uncovered parking/automatic gate in the mas d'Angeline. 1 parking space per flat. Vehicles longer than 5 metres are not permitted.

- Prickly succulents in the property
-Please bring mosquito repellent as we are in the middle of nature.
-Parties are not permitted.
-Pets: (limited to 2 pets per accommodation) Dogs/Cats are accepted, additional charges apply.
In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the Customer, we may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
-The cleaning charge paid at the time of booking covers the complete cleaning of the accommodation after the Customer's departure.

A rental contract in French must be signed and returned to the owner.
Inventory of fixtures to be signed on arrival. Stinging plants in the property.
Anti-mosquito products are required.
Parties are not allowed.
Insurance: The tenant is required to insure the rented premises.
He must check whether his main home contract includes the holiday extension (holiday rental).
If not, he must contact his insurance company and ask for the extension of the guarantee or take out a special contract with a "holiday" clause.
FINAL CLEANING OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The Cleaning Fee does not include clearing the last meal of the Tenant and his/her family, does not include leaving dishes unwashed, does not include emptying the bins, etc..., in all cases the Travellers must have unmade their beds, washed and put away the dishes and emptied their bins! All used appliances cleaned, coffee maker & filter cleaned, if a barbecue has been used, empty it and clean the grill thoroughly. Carefully unpack the sheets. Put all linen in a pile (no need to fold). Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the deposit.
