**Notice to our clients,**

The city has informed us of the schedule for the roadwork on the access road to the property, spanning approximately 400 meters. This work will begin on July 15th and end on August 9th. The road will be closed from July 15th to 19th from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, barring delays or unforeseen events. It will also be closed from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM on the last two days before the end of the work for asphalt laying. The closure date may vary if the work is completed before August 9th.

The road will remain accessible every weekend. Emergency services will always be able to access the property.

The flat is located in the Mas d'Angeline, a long Provençal-style building comprising 2 other self-catering apartments and the owner's flat.

- Access by outside stairs from the car park to the flat: (approx. 54 steps).

-Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- Free uncovered parking/automatic gate in the Mas d'Angeline. 1 parking space per flat, vehicles longer than 5 metres are not permitted.

- Please bring mosquito repellent as we are in the middle of nature.

- Parties are not allowed

-Pets: (limited to 2 pets per accommodation) Dogs/Cats are accepted, additional charges apply.

In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the Customer, we may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.

- The cleaning charge paid at the time of booking covers the complete cleaning of the accommodation after the Customer's departure.

Enjoy our lush, green setting, but be prepared for mosquitoes! Our establishment, located in a natural environment, can sometimes attract mosquitoes. For your comfort, we suggest you consider using ANTI-MOSQUITO REPELLENTS. What's more, the AIR CONDITIONING in all our flats helps to keep mosquitoes at bay. CEILING FANS are also available in some flats for extra comfort. Just be sure to CLOSE DOORS AND WINDOWS to prevent intruders.

For your convenience, an uncovered parking space is provided on the property, closed by an automatic gate. Please note that a vehicle is required to access this accommodation.

If you make a reservation, you will be asked to provide a photo of a valid form of identification showing the photograph and signature of the holder, or a passport.

Instructions for accessing the accommodation, as well as arrival and departure instructions, will be sent prior to your arrival. All other information is available to holidaymakers as soon as they book.

Arrival is possible from 5 p.m., but please contact us before 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival to check that the flat is ready. Departure must be no later than 10am.

We provide our tenants with free high-speed access (Wi-Fi) on request, with no guarantee of quality or availability.

Pets (dogs/cats) are welcome (limit of 2 per accommodation).
