Access to the flat is via external stairs (approx. 68 steps).

The flat is located in the Mas d'Angeline, a long Provençal-style building composed of 2 other furnished tourist apartments and the owner's flat on the heights of Beausoleil, about 3/4 km from the port of Monaco and the Casino. The beach is about 4 km away.

A rental contract in French must be signed and returned to the owner.

Insurance: The tenant is required to insure the rented premises.

He must check whether his main home contract includes the holiday extension (holiday rental).

If not, he must contact his insurance company and ask for the extension of the guarantee or take out a special contract with a "holiday" clause.
FINAL CLEANING OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The Cleaning Fee does not include clearing the last meal of the Tenant and his/her family, does not include leaving dishes unwashed, does not include emptying the bins, etc..., in all cases the Travellers must have unmade their beds, washed and put away the dishes and emptied their bins! All used appliances cleaned, coffee maker & filter cleaned, if a barbecue has been used, empty it and clean the grill thoroughly. Carefully unpack the sheets. Put all linen in a pile (no need to fold). Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the deposit.
